Pumpkin Oatmeal Smoothie

This oatmeal pumpkin smoothie recipe combines the yummy flavors of fall with gut-healthy foods. Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Rolled oats
 - ¼ cup Pumpkin puree
 - ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
 - ½ cup Milk
 - ½ a frozen banana
 - ½ tsp Pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, ground cloves, ground ginger, and nutmeg)
 - 2-3 Dates
 - ½ tbsp chia seeds
 - ½ tbsp flaxseed
 - Handful of ice

Directions:
1. Combine the oats, pumpkin puree, milk, frozen banana, pumpkin pie spice, dates, chia seeds, flaxseed, and ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
